I think we logged 1600 kms. door to door.

Check out this link Coulee Corridor Scenic Byway - Map, if you can do only one ride before the winter, this should be it.

Just got back a few days ago. That surely is a beautiful route. We even had a ferry ride while heading North on #21. Highly recommended ride.

Ah come on now. I'm an old guy with a learning disability. I don't even know where to start to post a pic on this forum. But I will investigate the process.

Never fear, you are not alone. Was out yesterday for a short ride and a coffee just to clear out the cobwebs.

Hi Bob,

Good to hear from you. You've been quite/absent from this thread for a while, are you hanging out on other boards?

We parked Suzi for winter but Nomad is still good until Nov 3rd. Commute and weekend rides are great but the weather was really ugly today so didn't ride.

Have been busy replacing doors and windows, the wife had a fall, the mother-in-law is having some eye problems, so riding has been pushed to when I can sneak out the door.

I have taken a look in here but no one seems to be here much.

Just peeked in after a long spell. I'm insured all year. Been getting out the occasional nice day. Even took my wife out for a short ride a few days ago. Went down to White rock to Charlie don't Surf for a bite. Don't think she's quite used to the temperature difference. Watched the sunset and froze on the way home.

Nice to hear from you Darren.

Yes it is a bit chilly on the Bike now, I used to ride into my friends at 6 am but now find myself driving instead.

How has the fishing been?

Was out today. Temps +10/12. Squamish to Vancouver and back. Had to try out the new heated Tour Master pants that go with the heated jacket liner. So cozy and comfy it is hard to believe. Well worth the investment to keep this old guy out of a rocking chair.

Frank and I tried out new heated glove liners on a 150 mi ride yesterday......."ActiVheat" brand. Plugged him into his accessory outlet and his hands stayed toasty even at speed in 40 deg weather...which usually freezes his pinkies. It seems to work well. Gonna buy another set for myself now.

I rode with normal liners / Tourmaster gauntlets with the rain cover on....and my fingers survived with a few stops for coffee and warmup...

I also made my first GoPro video... after I learn Windows Moviemaker I will post it...
