We may not be as exciting as our southern friends who get a chill at 60 deg and ride all year round, but we'll get there.
We're groggy...coming out of hibernation.
Rain, snow, rain, ice...messes with the mind a bit.

How's the ridin' in your neck of the woods Trap?

Sorry I didn't understand your answer. Pretty early there, so I understand

I had my first ride for about 25 kms on Sunday. Then it got cold again. I'm only days away before I get to ride daily.

Thanks for the link Trapper. After reading your link, I understand your question better.
My 18th Anniversary is June 3rd.
Seem to recall Smurf suffers the same dilema.

I'll definately be ridin' though...

Seriously, Blackie and I haven't talked about Ride Days yet.

We are having trouble getting together for a ride.
Family comes first. So one day we may make it.

The weather has been the pitts. Rain, Rain, Snow, RAIN.

I was out Sat., Sun. and Mon. Have only managed 1,200 km since first week in Feb. Some of those days were cold.

Just a few more days to spring, the Cherry Blossoms are out.
Now if those in Texas would not hog all that sun.

Hey Andrew. Good to see you are getting the hang of navigating your way around the site. If you have a camera, feel free to snap pics on your rides. Looking forward to seeing some local scenes.

Andrew

There are a few of us here, with diff. amounts of exp. and covering all ages.
In the present group mikemc is from Port Moody, Tommyboulivard is
here in Newton also, Tom's dad is south Surrey.

We mostly ride cruisers, but what is important is that you ride.
Also there is a gsxr rider, from Langley that posts on this site.

My oldest son used to ride but is now married with his first child, his riding is on hold.

The sun is out and the roads are full of bikes.

I was cruising along on Zero Ave, when a sportbike passed me, he was doing over 200km in a 60km zone. The 4 sport bikes behind him were only doing 150km when they passed me. This is a single lane in either direction and most do 80 to 90 km here.

Clear skies.

Nice pics Blackie. Bikes ARE everywhere.
It has been an incredible weekend for weather. Last night I rode out to White Rock to meet my wife and kids after work for dinner with another family. Along the way 3 squids on crotchets, one with a girl on the back, were riding like idiotes...lane splitting, wheelie attempts, etc.
A big grin came on my face when cops setting up a radar location, darted into the street to do his thing. Unfortuneately, they were off with a warning. I wish the cop could have seen how reckless these guys were leading to the roadblock. Tis' the season for seafood I guess.

I hope to get out with you mid week, I'll be in touch. Take care.
Atlas.

Blackie
I've been doing lots of riding lately...only problem, it has been to and from work. I've worked the last 3 of my 4 days off. The need at work is high lately...and with the Florida trip around the corner, it's hard to say no to 12 hours a day double bubble.
Mickey's not as cheap as when I was a kid.

If I'm off Friday, I'll call you for a ride.

Your company has been telling my wife, they need more money.
Reason, increased labour costs!!!!!

North of the Fraser River, east of Mission.

Getting in close to the montains, we are closing on the small end of the funnel at Hope.

Everything is green.
