Fellow WCR's...

Took advantage of the window of sunshine yesterday.

Blackie, in hindsight I should have called you... Was running some errands in Langley and decided on an impromptu excursion out on 56th ave. Instead of turning right at 264th as we went before, took a left over the freeway and headed north. What a ride! A good variety of twisties and hills as well as lonely country roads. Awesome views of the snowcapped mountains to the north. Went out to Poplar and 2 bit bar on the Fraser, then back to Ft. Langley for a hot Mocha. Would have been nice to have you there...

Taking the wifes car in for service this morning. Will be a couple of hours.
Looks nice for today. Sun is out, high of 9F.
It has been a week since I was out.

Hama
There seems to be a few miles of water between us.
Long ways to go for a ride. Slight time diff. too.

Atlas: thanks! I always ride and drive safely - no accidents and no traffic violations (I mean I've never been pulled over) in my life. I was driving at 70 km/hour on the four lane one way road - almost no traffic - in Tokyo on Sunday early morning to attend the ceremony. The speed limit is 60km I thought but the sign was changed to 50km (I din't notice) for the limited area, where police officers want to be (speed trap), I was pulled over. I said nothing to the plice officer except one word in my mind - DAMN! (in English, pronounce like day yam).

Hi Bob. Didn't get this msg til Wed night.
This ugly wind and rain has kept me off my bike since the ride I posted above.
When were you thinking of? I head back to work on Sunday-Wed.
Darren.

Can't believe this weather. The rain has turned to snow which is going sideways in this 'hurricane'. Makes for an ugly night at work.
Regarding Sat. Bob, I'll have to play it by ear. 2 of the kids have missed a couple of days of school with sickness. May be staying close to home this Sat. If it looks like riding weather and alls good on the home front, I'll touch base for a ride.

The wife's car doors were frozen shut this morning. Not the locks, the doors.
The car was covered in Ice Rain. The sun comes out, I have coffee with the neighbour and I look out and it is snowing. The snow is sticking around.

I am sure this stuff must belong to Kevin.
Hopefully the west coast express will deliver to the wrong coast.

Got a ride in today. The weather was better.
Mikemc was tied up, Tommy Boulevard broke some ribs at work, so he is off the road. The good news is his Dad has bought a C50SE, with studs, so we have gained another West Coast Rider.

Looks like Sun this weekend. Any spare time.

Mike is away, Tom is a couple of weeks away from riding and I have not met his dad yet.

Hi Blackie

A large part of my weekend will be shopping for another minivan.
I'm off on Monday though and am itching to get riding.
If the weather is OK, that would be a good day for me. How about you?

Sounds good.
I'll know more as the weekend unfolds. May still be shopping if I can't make a deal happen.
I'll keep in touch on the forum for any updates.
