Default Turn signal wire color codes

I'm preparing to mount HyperLite turn signals on the mirrors of my 2005 Boulevard C50 and need to know the following:

1. The best place to tap into the turn signal wires, and
2. The color codes for the left and right signals.

Hope someone can help with this,

Thanks in advance.

1. In the headlight shell

2. there are 2 turns signal connectors in the head light shell.

The left hand signal has a Light green and a Black/White(common) on one side and the other side going to the turn signal is a light blue (changing from the Light Green and a Black White remains the same

The right hand signal is Brown and Black/White and the other side is the same.

Hope I havn't confused you !

Sorry - I am confused:

One poster said: (for the Boulevard C50)
Black with White Stripe = ground
Black = Left Turn
Light Green = Right Turn

Another poster said:
Black/White = Ground
Light Green = Left Turn
Brown = Right Turn

Am I gonna mess up here and do the trial and error thing?

Thanks,
Konrad
