Default In for the winter

Merry Christmas everyone! Things have been busy here for a while which is why I haven't been around much. I've graduated from college, finished some much needed work around the house, and forsee a some time to spend in the garage. While the fun-toys are in for the winter months, "mod season" begins.
I've done exhaust, filters, and rejet on the Marauder already, and I am looking to do some suspension mods; maybe lower the rear a bit and upgrade the shocks if need be. Any ideas???

Also, I've been looking to do some appearance upgrades, however, some of the products are hard to picture on my bike. I'd like to see pics of any aftermarket chrome/dress-up pieces installed so I can get a good view of what those parts look like.

Below is a link for a shop that will cut your shocks and can even powercoat the exposed springs, after being cut. I haven't done business w/them but on other forums have heard only good words about them.. Is that a custom seat on your bike?

wish I could help. I didn't take too many pics of my rauder when I had it. there might be a few around the site though. I had bags, luggage rack, sissybar, engine guards, billet footpegs, windshield, chrome trim on tank, and what everybody needs a gremlin bell. lol

Yes, the seat is an aftermarket piece. It looks nice, but not the best for long rids though. That is one of the things I plan to upgrade.

I put my Marauder up for the winter last week. I don't really plan on doing any more mods aside from adding a sissy bar.

AH - you just never know. Tomorrow (Christmas Eve) is forecasted for a daytime high of 54! What a great gift - a nice afternoon ride in the sun!
