Smile Introduction: New to forum and to riding!

Hello to all!

I am new to this forum and new to motorcycling. I have completed the MSF course (loved it!), and have purchased a 2006 Suzuki Blvd. C50T (in grey). I live in Central California in the foothills of the Sequoia National Forest. I've wanted to get a bike for YEARS and YEARS. OK, how many years? Try 20 years!

I finally ponied-up and did it... and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely go to another place while riding even though my mind is working like a 20-gig processor taking in all I can in order to stay safe. Everything everyone I know who rides told me about riding is true. I only wish I had stepped up sooner.

As for myself personally, I consider myself a fun-loving guy who enjoys humor, so don't be afraid to be loose and speak your mind with me. I give and good as I can take when it comes to sarcasm and wise-cracks. Guess that comes from being the youngest of 3 healthy lads! Anyway, I also enjoy exercising, taking care of my house and yard, all my animals (3 dogs, 9 cats, 9 chickens), and yes, I even enjoy my job.

Hope this isn't too long-winded, but I didn't want to slight the forum by sounding distant or unapproachable. Thanks for reading my intro... hope to chat soon with everyone!

Best,
Daryl
