Default Having a Bad Day!?

Well some days you should just stay home.

As I was on my way to work yesterday my gas light came on. I usually have about 50 mi after it first comes on this just happens to be the distance to and from work. On the way home I take my normal exit and while waiting at the light the bike dies. I restart it, it dies again, then it acts like the battery is dead. I get it started just as the light turns green and hussle across the street to fill it up reliezing I'm almost out of gas. 4.2 gallons later and feeling like I had just dodged a bullet I go to close the gas cap, now on my bike I have to turn the key in the cap and push down fairly hard to get it to lock in place. As I was doing this I lost my ballance and Snap I'm holding only the stubby remains of my key and yes the ingnition was off. Five miles from home, the wife doesn't get off for another 2 hrs. I finally get the spare key and get home then I have to extract the remaining part of the key from the lock in the gas cap. What a pain.
