Default Please help me choose!

Hello all, I was asking for some opinions into hard bags. I've seen threads about the national cycle ones and some for the tsukayu brand. Tsukayu is bout 500 bucks shipped w/ mounts. If I was going for them it would prob be for the strong with added chrome rack. So 600 bucks total. National cycle on cruiser customizing is bout 500 bucks also matched Oneida Suzuki. Well now the big question is which one? Also I have my bike lowered 3". Will it fit? Thank you all. I need bags not only for carry ability, but also cover that ugly drum brake! Thanks for reading!

I have the Tsukayu Strong bags on my C50. Lowering the bike will not affect the fit. If I had it to do over again, I'd order the Patrol bags or the National Cycle bags. The Strong Bags fiberglass is nice and the bags are big, but the hinges and locks are pretty crappy on the strong bags. I had to attach additional latches just so the locked bags wouldn't flop open over bumps. The Tsukayu price includes the generic mounting brackets that require some fitting and drilling. The National Cycle bags have much better hardware, but the price doesn't include the mounts - which are for the specific bike.

My bike is pictured on Tsukayu's site: http://www.tsukayu.com/strong%20Suzuki%20Volusia.htm
