Just kidding,,, but it can add up quick. I changed the oil the Wednesday before we went to Ginnie Springs,, well last night I changed it again,, 1902 miles since then.
yeah i guess...ive got 6300 in 7 months, and i got my M the DAY it hit the dealers....all those miles just sounds like toooo much for that kinda time, but i guess if you ride to work and such every day.....i would be up there if we didnt have a summer of rain in FL...i was over 1000 per month till memorial day when it started raining every day.

oh yeah...we did a 260 mile ride this weekend up into Ocala National FOrest....left the house at 8...met everyone for breakfast...stopped for the ladies to rest, and lunch and gas...got home at 5. so i dont want to hera anyone complaining about the M50 seat...i was fine all day until about 330 or so. and pretty much any bike would do that after 5 or more hours in the saddle.

We are almost 85% sure we are riding to Daytona. If that is the case then that will easily be another 470 miles one way,, ride around down there,, and 470 miles back. I foresee about 1100 miles that weekend easily.

Might not have room for the air mattress. Of course I may figure something out for you. Will have to discuss it more when it gets closer.

Somehow. I see the scene from "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" here.

Sean: "Doug. Where are your hands?"

Doug: "They're between two warm pillows."

Sean: "Those aren't pillows!"..................................

Shoot....Doug only weighs what? A buck and a quarter? A towel on the floor would be like a goosedown featherbed for him!!!

Hey Farmbone, how a bout plugging the holes you drilled? A tap and a few allen head pipe plugs and you're golden.

I can't. I ripped the whole first baffle out. Now, I have no back end pressure. But it sounds loud. WTF!!!

Now it's October. Maybe 1 1/2 months of riding left. Do I get new pipes and air filter now? Or just wait and do it over the Winter.

Everbody is getting pipes and air filter and I am riding M50 DIY.

Oh well! Live and Learn!! I hope I learnt this time!!!
