Default 1982 450, street bike

Just purchased 1982 suzuki street bike. Where do I go for parts? Manual?

What are common issues with this bike?

Thank you in advance for any advice,

Kurt

Gotta know. Is ia a GS450E, or a GS450L?? If it an "L", first thing you HAVE to do is remove the L. L stands for Laverne edition.

Try your local Suzuki dealer(s) first.

After that, (much as I HATE Google) Google can be your friend.
Search with the actual model number.

To get any meaningful opinions here, we need the correct year and model number too. What's the condition in genereal?

After looking at some pictures, it looks like the GS450 T, model.

It's in rough shape but the previous owner last year spent as much as I paid for it on Carburetor and other tune up work. Runs great, very strong. It needs some items fixed, cables, cracked shifter frame mount and other odds and ends. 6000+ k on it.

Thanks,
Kurt
