| Ha, I am totally not joking. I mean there not going to ban you or anything, but they don't condone this type of riding, I mean everyone does it, but still... no joking here. I'll search around and see if I can find an example

Motorcycle-journal.com is a family-oriented forum which highlights safe riding techniques. Wheelies are not a safe riding technique.And to quote another thread on this forum ...

| Let me clarify something here. First off yes this site promotes safe riding. This means obeying the laws, wearing the proper gear, keeping you bike in proper working order etc.. That being said there more then a few of us, who either race, participate at Track days, go to races. These types of events are dangerous, yet they are in a controlled environment. Stunting, done in a controlled environment and not on public roads should not be looked down upon. The one difference with stunting is that a lot of the tricks strain the integrity of the frame as well as other mechanical parts.
__________________  Looking for better fuel economy? Consider a KLR... Better gas milage then a Prius or a Smart car, and it won't cost you an arm and a leg and your testosterone. |
