|  Don't trust Suzuki
My wife rides a 2005 Burgman 400S. We got the bike last April, and since July, it's been back to the dealer over 20 times for the same problem - won't start when it's been sitting overnight. Our dealer did everything they knew, contacted Suzuki and did what they said, and even had the regional Suzuki tech go over the bike. Bottom line, it still has a defect that can't be fixed. Our dealer agreed that the bike should be replaced. Suzuki's response...FORGET IT. They're attitude about backing their product is, you bought it your're stuck with it. Because the dealer is straight, I'm confident that they will replace the bike and duke it out with Suzuki. I hope so because I hate bringing lawyers into the picture (nothing personal to any of you who are). So although I really like my C50, it's the last Suzuki we'll buy. Next one will be a Yamaha. |
