Default C50 valve adjustment

Hi, I Just bought an 07 C50 and would like to adjust the valves. Where can I find the procedure? So I am told, a special tool is needed to adjust the valve lash, can the valve lash be adjusted without the special tool?? if not where can I get the tool ? they are out of stock at the dealer

Thanks Don

Womper's signature has a link to the M50 manual and it describes the procedure. You'd need a set of feeler gauge and standard tools e.g. wrenches.

I followed everyone’s advice and everything went well, I bent some feeler gauges, used Womper's signature link to the M50 manual and made the adjustment tool using a Marette and a screw. Thanks again everyone
