Lightbulb New Bike, noise....cause for concern?

Hey everyone,

The names Josh and Im a pround new owner of an 06 M50 and I'm having a blast. Ive only had my bike license for less then a week and ive managed to tack on 400 km so far. I can't get enough!

Now I have a question, which may be obvious to some of you, but is beyond me. When Im riding I get what I can only explain as a bird chirping noise that is constant with the rpm of the engine, it literally sounds like a squeeking that needs lubrication. Its not overly loud and can probably only be heard by myself 'the rider' . Im not sure how else to explain it without actually hearing it.......

I know its not much to go on, but perhaps y'all have some ideas as to what this noise is and what direction i should go in trying to fix it...or is this normal..

The bike now has about 1700km on it, and has had its first maintenance.
