My fix was a leather wrap between the risers...LOL They are a lot more comfortsble than the stock bars. They seem to place your arms in a natural position.
Great stuff thanks for that, I have a wee set if risers to fit first, once I have tried them out I may consider the replacement bars as well to get the desired position. I do like yours

Same bike, the C just looks and handles better

2005 C50.
Bought her four weeks ago with 2,900 miles.

I thought about removing the luggage bundle it came with...but now I have every compartment filled with goggles, layers, gloves, gym clothes and other gear. Even some Ritz crackers (ala Kramer).

Have already logged 1,050 miles. Time for an oil change I think .

That's funny. Same deal here.
I keep thinking of removing the saddlebags to give her a sleeker look and then I remember that's where I store my gloves, cheezies, tools, jacket......

Nice bike!

Hey SlowandLoud - good looking bike. I just bought one identical except for the windshield and highway bars. By the way - what type pipes do you have? I am looking for a little more rumble?

Those are Vance & Hines.

Nice and loud with a good throaty tone.

I've taken to wearing foam ear plugs on long trips after going without a few weeks ago. After 2 1/2 hours of riding at 85MPH, it took my ears about 12 hours to stop feeling "fuzzy".
