|  Tires and the 6K
It's time for new tires and Im only about 1200 miles over the 6000 mile tune/valve adjustment/shaft fluid change. It's a 2004 R1100S, and I was given a ballpark of about 600 bucks for the whole operation, but that could change a little with the brand and level of sticky tires I want. I think I'll put the Metzler tires on it but go with the sport/touring to get a few more miles out of them. Does this price sound about right? This was from The shop on 76th and GoodHope in Milwaukee (where I purchased the bike).
