|  1959 sidecar bike for sale...(again)
some of you long time regulars have seen me advertize this before.....but here I am again......because SOMEONE needs to own this puppy and love it.  This is not a distance cruiser...it is old and takes some skill to ride.....but it IS a one-of-a-kind show off bike... actually won first place at a local car show 3 years ago here. It is 50 years old frame but was completely rebuilt in 2004 for us... paint, engine, leather, chrome, twisted spoke wheels, 12 v upgrade, etc......runs well.... turns every head and looks good. If you like wrenching at all, will give you years of pleasure...LOL.  It is made in China...but it is NOT junk...not a Ural or one of those new plastic pieces of junk they make...and you can get parts if you need to. It is taking up too much room and we never ride it anymore.... and we really want to move it. Heck we might even deliver it on our trailer on the west coast.......  clean title & registered in Oregon.... only issue is some rust starting to show on some of the chrome.... it IS oregon after all... We have more than $10,000 in it...but Frank and I are getting really grounded about its value and we want it gone.....we would take half that at this point..... Ebay, custom bike magazines, Craig's list...all tried...none work. anyone? anyone know anyone? |
