2006 Yamaha VStar Classic Silverado Great Condition VStar, 40CI 650cc... 600X miles - GETS 49 MPG! Silverado Package includes: Floorboards Touring Windshield Studded Saddlebags however this bike had NO SADDLEBAGS when I purchased it. Studded sissy bar. I bought this bike from the head mechanic at Cruisin 66 Cycles in Springfield, MO with 1200 miles on it 2 years ago. He purchased it from the original owner after he tipped it over in the grass and cracked the windshield, scuffed up one of the saddle bags and bent the front fender slightly . The mechanic removed the windshield and the saddle bags and straightened the fender and re-clear coated it. I can't even tell where the fender was bent without running my hand over it. Otherwise the bike is in awesome shape! It has just over 6000 miles on it now. It had its initial service done at 500 miles and again at 3800miles and the bike runs perfect! Its a complete pleasure riding this bike at 75+ on the highway or even a small 2 lane! Great starter bike or just an enjoyable bike for a veteran rider! Destination Powersports in Marionville just installed a brand new Yamaha Factory battery ($110) as the original didn't hold a great charge. I've also installed a motorcycle battery trickle charger($49) and tender (which goes with the bike). When you want to leave the bike sit for extended periods/winter you just plug the charger into the tender already installed on the bike! The bike is two toned silver with a small purple/blue pinstripe and really shines! Waxed once a month with PigGlow Motorcycle polish and waxes. There aren't many bikes cleaner than this one! Always stored in my garage under a cover. Overall a really great riding bike. The Bad: There are two scratches on this bike (see pic). One is on the back of the fender, it was on the bike when I bought it and is hidden under a sticker. The second scratch was my own fault. Its on the left side of the back fender where I unbolted the sissy bar mounts and when I was putting the bolt back in I scratched the paint. When the sissy bar mounts are on the bike the scratch is hidden underneath it, but I wanted to make sure I disclosed everything about this bike. No surprises! Also included with the bike is all the necessary YamaLube oil/filter for its next oil change, which isn't due for another 1500miles! This bike is ready to go, just purchase and ride home! NADA lists this bike anywhere between $3735 and $4895 and I'm selling for $4100.00 OBO... (just lowered price from $4300) If you'd like pics of anything else just let me know (lots of pics available)! No Trades, No Personal Checks, Cash or wire transfer only please.
