Hey guys, I am posting this to judge if there is any interest in my other bike. I bought an 02 Marauder last year and it had 6k miles on it. I put on another 3k miles then started havingsome issues with it. The trans was binding up and felt like the gears just weren't meshing properly. I took the bike into my shop and purchased a spare motor/trans from ebay. The spare powertrain was 80% of the way through a rebuild already. the previous owner spun a crank bearing. I had my shop put the spare parts trans onto my top end of the motor and put it back into the bike. Now it feels like the timing is off and I suspect that the valves crashed into the pistons. I have a spare set of valves and pistons as well as jugs, connecting rods, and my previous trans and case. So all being said I have a bike, plus another full motor that I am looking to sell. The bike is in asthetically good condition. It has a brand new memphis shield, a new scoot works belt (converted to belt drive), Mapam sissy bar, motorcycle industries highway pegs. and newer cobra pipes. The bags and speaker system do not come with it. I would look to sell everything as a package deal so that whoever buys it can easily fix it and start riding this spring. I am asking $2000.
