Default C90 for sale

I am selling my 05 c90. asking 11,500 (o.b.o.) for it. It has alot of extras with only 3000 miles on it. HK 3" big straights, Power Commander, High back rest, Saddlebags, Professionally tuned, never wrecked. Just inspected, so inspection is good until 8/07. Have title in hand and ready to sell. Reason for sale is purchasing new vehicle(not a bike). Any more questions or inquiries email me at jhill1912@comcast.net. Will deliver up to 75 miles for an extra 50 dollars.

NADA value for that bike w/ those accessories ranges from a low resale of $7,086 to a high retail from a dealer w/warranty of $9,290. Kelly Blue Book lists it at $7390 plus accessories.

KBB also lists it having 10,500 miles....lower the mileage the more its worth. It also has 1800 worth of accessories put on it. I honestly was using this to see how much other riders would pay for this bike. I think i am going to ask 10,500, but go as low as 9,500. It is still covered under warranty until late september.

$9500 is much more realistic price, at the very high end of retail, but from a private sale you will be lucky to get that. You never get your money back on accessories, and what really hurts you is that Suzuki dealers are blowing out left over, brand-new 2005 and 2006 models to make room for the 2007 models. The average rider in the US puts about 3000 miles a year on their bike, so it is not hard to find low-mileage ones.

A local dealer has a used 2006 C90T with only 246 miles on it. Owner had it three weeks, didn't like it, and traded it in on something else. They want $8800 for it, no accessories but a full one-year warranty. A brand new 2007 is $11,500 list, but they have them marked down to $10,900 plus TTT.

Good luck to you. Why are you selling it? Also, even at $9,500 you are still a bit close to a new C90. I know you want to get some return for your mods, but, the reality is that you would be better putting the stock parts back on and selling the pipes, etc. on your own.

+1!!!!!

Unfortunately they are right. I bought my 2004 Intruder 1500LC March of last year for $8100.00 brand new. Financing, taxes, tag, and all it was $9,000 OTD. Pretty fair price for the bike. I have about $13,500.00 or so total in my bike. Would never get my money out of it so I will keep her and ride her whenever. Plus it is paid for.

Might try selling the accessories as stated above individually. ight re-coop more that way and then sell the bike for the low to middle ground of private resale.

Either way,, good luck on it. There are alot of bikes for sale right now and with a weak economy it is harder to find someone who has good enough credit to finace a older bike or to come up with the cash for it.
