drgibson, where did you get your baffles for your pipes and did you have to modify them to fit at all, (cut & shorten them?) I just installed my cobra speedster slashdowns on my c-90 but after a few rides they seem alfull loud..
Thanks.......

Well since the wreck I haven't replaced the baffles on the new pipes with the quiet baffles so she is loud again. One of the quiet baffles broke in the wreck.

But we did decide to ask the police about that while we were there. They were writing some serious tickets that night for alot of various things. Funny though we didn't see any bikes pulled over.
I am the same way when I am on patrol. If you don't draw attention to yourself (you know what I am talking about) then you probably won't get pulled over. If I do pull you over though, I am looking at that bike in detail (baffles included). I give a lot of leaway to bikers in many areas just because I ride (still beginner though) and I know how hard it is for bikers out there on the road to maintain focus on everything while dealing with traffic, stop signs, idiot drivers, etc.

Very nice. I really like the looks of the slash downs. I almost regret not getting those.

Man there is no way you can change the RPM per MPH without changing something in the final drive chain!

Getting more or less power and torque from any engine will never change how fast you go for a given RPM.

Maybe your tacho reading has been altered if you have added a PC or the like.
