You're using AOL ( not that there is anything wrong with that ), they use some sort or strange dynamic IP system where the IP used is attributed according to the site you're visiting.
Result is multiple users with the same IP, in your case only a dozen or so but we've seen the same AOL IP attributed to fifty different members at thje same time.
If one gets out of line then we ban the IP, result is several members end up on the ban list that shouldn't until we sort it out, unfortunately sometimes we have no choice but to close the door on an IP until we get things right again.
So should it happen again, if you have nothing to blame yourself for just assume somebody is giving your IP a bad name and it's only temporary. If you want to log on, you still can by using your windows internet browser rather than your AOL browser..
