That is so true. We need to invent a device such that when a motorcycle is within, say 25-50 feet, a voice cuts in to their cell phone conversation and says "Hey Jack***, look out for that motorcycle." LMAO

But seriously, I am surprised I don't see more headlight modulators. The few I do see are definitely more visible. The modulating really catches your attention...
