Yeah, on further consideration we are not much better. The only difference here is that there would be many angry protests of using an 11yr old in such a fashion. It may even nip it in the bud, but invariably it could just as easily happen here. Look at all the "Teen" pop stars and actresses that may or may not pass the 18yr mark that are seen as sex-symbols in the US. They are either encouraged to, or choose for themselves to use their sexuality as a marketing tool.
