like i said...i will still be wearing a DOT certified helmet...not like i am riding around without one...i did ride without one in daytona, but that was bumper to bumper traffic all day and night so a different story.

i PLAN on not getting into ANY accidents, but i do want to protect my skull so hence the half helmet. lots of people wear them on cruisers. i dont ride a sprt bike, i dont like riding over 65-70 mph and i dont ride in the rain. not to say this means i cant be in an accident, but i dont take unnecessary risks.
