As for how to break properly in an engine ... ask two people, and you'll have 4 different opinions. Your owner's manual says to take it nice and easy, don't go near the redline. Then there is the Internet community who says that you should make sure the engine is warm, then ride it hard - redline, idle, cruise, redline, etc. I don't know which is correct (I bought my 1400 with 1000 miles on the clock), but I tend to think that using the whole range (from idle to redline) makes more sense. If the engine is going to fail due to a manufacturing error, it doesn't matter if you ride it easy or hard - it's going to fail anyway.
well..i default to riding things hard..lol but sometimes it's nice to go slow...and easy..lol!

pihny..yeah..i saw that..didn't know about no2 though..that's the first i've heard it done. sounds good! i don't know what i'm going to do..get a supercharger or the turbo when my warranty expires.. i do know one thing..i'm single..and have a hole burning in my pocket and alot of guys that want to help me make this one fast rotary can't wait...lol

oh..and i know my username sucks! lol..it's all i could think of and i was rushing to get out the door.. can you change it without having to re-register?
