Most any exhaust changes will lower the torque. I'm not sure what the slip ons do. The best changes are the air pak and PClll controller. I dialed in at 98 Hp and 118 ft.lbs. of torque on the Dino from the stock 85 hp.. The seats on the stock bike really suck. Plan on getting something else. I have one of the first 06 bikes and have 32,000 miles on it. Its the best and the fastest street cruiser I have ever owned. I'm new to bikes, I have only been riding for 50 years
. Most home boys on Harley's won't even think of a run off once they find out what I'm riding. The only complaint I have is in 90 degree days at traffic lights you will roast your right testicle. I'm going to try to make some sort of heat shield. One great bike.
