I just got promoted today... I have agreed to take over Planning and Investment as well as Facilities. It means a raise and more work...but it is kinda nice after almost 2 years of going a great job for this firm and never once hearing "good girl!". I kinda let it be known professionally and politely that I was unhappy with that and looking around...and so they found a way to get more outta me as well as show me they noticed.
First thought as I left the room... "hmmm, mebbe now I can get a motorcycle big enough for me" LOL !
