Hey ya'll,
Looking for some advice from anyone that does home construction for a living. Not all that knowledgable about these things myself. I live in a 3 story townhouse here in Houston. My HOA is telling me that I need to re-do my caulking around the windows and trim of my unit. It is peeling away. The unit is 4 years old. Like I said, it is a 3 story unit with two bay windows in the front and two small windows there as well. The back has a window and door on first floor, 3 windows on second floor, and two windows on third floor. Can anyone give advice when I talk to a contractor? So I can at least talk semi-intelligently to them? What kind of materials should they use, time to complete, and possible price range? I will try and upload a pic of the house to give an idea. Thanks!
