Reminds me of the guy in the boat throwing dynamite in the lake. Game warden pulls up in is boat telling this guy that he cannot do that. As the game warden is citing codes and punishment, this guy keeps throwing dynamite in the lake. Game warden finally asks "Can you here me talking to you?" Fisherman just looks at him, lights another stick, and hands it to the game warden and asks "Are you going to talk all day, or are you going to fish?
