I have been researching the less expensive Driver Passenger Intercom systems, and am specificly interested in 2-Up Driver Passenger Intercom usage. After a lot of poking around, I have come up with the following list of systems to consider:
IMC: MIT-100 $200 *** IMC: MIT-30 $150 *** *** IMC: MIT-15 $130 *** Cardo: Scala Rider Team Set $150 FireFox: Route 66 $180 FireFox: Fox Talk $95 MotoComm: RiderLink St-1 $165
Of these systems the IMC Motorcom MIT-15 and MIT-30 seem to give the best overall functionality and durability. The MIT-15 uses a rechargable battery pack, while the MIT-30 sets under the seat and wires up to a switched power source.
Is anyone, here, using either of these systems, or any of the others for that matter, and could you tell us if you like them or not and why?
NOTE: The URL's are mostly product home sites, while many of the prices are from other retail sites, which is why my listed prices may be somewhat lower that what you will see in these sites.
