 New buyer's questions
So, I'm driving a couple hours this weekend to look at a bike to buy. This is the first time that I've done the private seller thing, and I was wondering if anyone could toss me any general advice on what to inspect closely, some problem signs, etc... I've read a couple similar threads that are bike specific, but I'm looking for more general information to give me a bit more of a heads up, if you will.
By the way, the bike I'm looking at is an '05 Suzuki M50 with about 7k miles on it. I've actually already seen the bike once, but it was about five months ago, and I didn't take too close of a look at it. I'm wanting to approach this in a much different fashion than I did before. And hopefully, everything will go well this time.
