I have read that duel pipes with a crossover deliver more performance than with no crossover. I have also read that 2 into 1 pipes deliver the most performance of all.

Can anyone speak to the difference in performance between duels with crossover, and 2 into 1 pipes?

I have access to a very good deal on a set of Jardine 2 into 1's for my M50, and would like to know if it will really give me that much more performance over the stock system with the crossover. I am not thrilled with the looks but if there is enough of a performance increase, it might be worth it.
