I have a new v star 950 w/approx 300 miles.

There is a small rubber tube that drops down from the engine and appears to be some sort of overflow. After riding approx 150 miles today I parked it in my garage and then about 4 hrs later I noticed a little "oil" discharge from the tube. Is this normal?
