Any chance you can give us a write up?

sure ... here's the short version
features i like.
-Reduced noise. better than my hjc ac12
-fits REAL snug. it has a cheek airbag system and an release valve (with instructions for emergency personel how to deflate)
-has built in sun visor. no more need for sunglasses when riding. sun visor pops up and down very easily. no fumbling for it.
-supposed to have good ventilation. the top air intakes are kind of like scoops picking up air instead of just holes like most helmets. has a big exhaust port in bag with you can open and close too.

-easy to pop off the main visor to switch out from smoked to clear
-has a small breathguard to help stop fogging

downsides i've found so far;
-no space for sunglasses at my temples. it's real snug.
-it fogged up at first. (i cleaned it and didn't fog again though)
-cannot crack the visor open a little like most other helmets. first crack is about a 4 inch gap... almost half up.
that's the biggest downside so far..

i have a tough time putting my earphones in with the helmet... real snug.

i paid $450CAN for it... i think it's worth it. it's dead sexy too
