I'm gonna go talk to the owner of a huge black dog that turns over trash cans in the neighborhood
. Been goin' on for the past month or so & yesterday was the last straw. I came in from out-of-town to find my yard trashed
...let alone the fact that the wind was high.
I can easily drive a stake in the ground & chain the trash can to it but why should I have to? The dog even turns over other neighbors trash & it just blows into my yard anyway. Will talk rationally w/the owner later today. Will post outcome tomorrow!
