I can tell you the Scorpions run smaller than the HJC's do. I had an HJC and my brother-in-law has a Scorpion. They were both the same size as far as what was printed on the tab, but there was no way they were actually the same size, I couldn't have squeezed my head into his with a tub of crisco!
