I'm a new rider. Been riding now for six months. Wondered if when I'm out on the road, do I look like I know what I'm doing - you know image is important.
Sitting at a CVS tonight with my 20 year old daughter in the car. We both heard a bike coming by and turned to look. To be honest the guy riding was all hunched over and looked scared and tight.
My daughter turned to me and said ' Dad, I'm so glad you don't look like a nerd riding your bike'. She didn't realize she'd made my day.
Affirmation - feels good.
