Not true, all modern bikes have rev limiters on them, and some of the faster ones have speed limiters too, typically the only gears that you can get full power from are 3rd & 4th, that's why there are so many companys like DynoJet, and Cobra that are selling FI controllers that lie to the bikes ECU to over ride the limiters.
