Need to take clutch apart and clean the steels and friction plates.
Scuff them off with some fine sandpaper ( 320 grit ). Wash the
parts off with brake parts cleaner, available from Wal-mart. Then
take the friction plates and soak them in oil over night and put
the clutch back together. Be sure to check the cable adjustment,
and ride it. Temporary fix is to lean the bike over on the stand so
the rear wheel is off the ground, rev the engine a little, kick it into
gear and rev it enough to keep it running while you ride the brake.
The drag of the brake will break the stuck discs free and the clutch
should work fine until it has sit for awhile.
