Hoping someone on here can help out.

My son just picked up a '05 Suziki RM125. Don't know all the particulars (he lives with his mom), but I think the bike had been sitting idle for some time.

Anyway, he rode it briefly on Christmas and said it ran fine. He then had to park it for about a week.

The next time he went to ride, the clutch would not dis-engage. Put it in gear and the bike jumps forward and dies (of course, right?). So the next time I'm there, we pull the case cover off that covers the clutch lever (left side of bike), start the bike up and I use a pair of channel locks to move the lever into what should be a clutch disengaged position. He puts the bike in 1st and it jumps forward and stalls.

Any suggestions as to what we should look at next?
