It's actually a gold or brass color, with a layer of dirt and mud from Sundays ride. I try to clean and lube the chain every 500 miles, and that seems to come around a few times a week. Worst case it may see 1000 miles with out a cleaning and lube. I need to retire just so I have enough time to do routine maintenance, unlike Uncle Stoppie Bob who has it done.
Better yet, anyone know of any fulltime jobs that involve riding motorcycles?
