THe rear sag on the bike should be around 98-100mm with the rider on and the chain free play should be measured with the bike on a stand with the rear wheel off the ground. Measure just behind the front chain guide on the swingarm, and you should as a rule of thunb be able to fit three fingers between the chain and the swingarm without forcing them in. Slightly loose on the fingers. Also once you have set the chain, sit on the bike and get someone else to sit in it with you, and get a 3rd person to check the chain. It should not be tight. It should have a little movement up and down. The chain is always at its tightest when the swingarm is parralel with the ground !!
