I'd say, ditch the V-twin band wagon thing. (Sorry V-twin people. Clearly there are an ocean of y'all out there)
This thing is 633lbs with a single front disc. Judging by the steering/handling setup, it's gonna need brakes to save the life of the rider.
If Honda really wanted to stir things up, why not an RC211V or CBR1000rr based motor in a powercruiser?
They should look at what's happening at Zuke with the Bking and Yamaha with the VMax, not to mention the big Kawi Connie.
