Default not today but whithin the last year

In the last year I learned that when you are unjured ( foot and ankle in my case) stay off the motorcycle until you are healed, Last year I had a broken ankle and foot, it had been healing for 8 month's but wasn't good enough, I had an incident where while stopped, a car backed into me glancing off my front tire, it wasn't a hard hit, just enough to throw me off balance but because of my injuries when the wieght of the bike went to the left and I threw my foot down to catch myself my ankle broke (agian) and over I went breaking my leg in 5 places ( also from the weakened condition of the bone from the preveouse injury).
After anouther year of operations and recovery I have came to the conclusion that if I would have put back the urges to ride and waited until I was 100% even if the same situation had happened I believe the outcome would have been better.
