Try a dash (-) or a new paragraph. Elipses (...) are made with three periods in the middle of a sentence or four at the end. Making up your own punctuation just confounds people.
Where do you get those backward apostrophes (')? The reverse slant makes me tilt my head as though I'm leaning to the side.
