Default First time rider. big dude vs. shadow 750.
alright so after this weekend i will have finished my motorcycle safety class and will be able to legally ride a motorcycle.


i am also inheriting a 2004 honda shadow 750.

my concerns....
i am 6'5'' and weigh 280.

what are some things i should look out for with being such a big dude on a "small bike" (at least thats what i've heard from other riders). i'd say mostly with maintenance etc.


also. ape hangers. dangerous for first time riders?
