 V-Star Mystery Leak
I have a 2006 V-Star 1100 that I bought new. I love this motorcycle.
One problem, after my most recent Oil change I started to see a leak. I thought i must have messed up during the change. I did it again. in the process I found that the leak is coming from the lower head. it "appears" to be coming from the oval cover on the fromt head right where the upper and lower portion of the head comes together.
I have the shop manual and there is no mention of this opening , or cover.
Does anyone have any advice.
Due to hunting season Yamaha is backed up for a month!
