 81 Suzuki GS 250 T. No rectifier?
Can a bike run without a rectifier?
I looked at the side panel, and it doesn't seem to me like there is a rectifier there. Though neither does it seem there is a transistor there either.
There is, however, a very large unit which says "Tri-Ignitor" With "BB1201" above that, and an ID number below that, says it's made by Denko.
The thing is, I've been able to ride the bike fairly well over the past week as I've slowly fixed it up. The headlights and tail lights all work fine (Turn signals and horn don't). The battery does seem to drain fairly quickly, though.
What's going on?
