Smile How to clean your visor ? Lookie here...

If you are a new motorcyclist, and you just went on your first ride, got back home, and then what... You brought all the bugs home with you, and your new helmet doesn't look so sweet anymore.
What kind of solvents do you use, or uhm, do you need to buy a new visor ?

Nope, the answer is very cheap, and you can find the items in your own home.

Item 1: Water

Item 2: Toilet paper

Woah, are you serious ? Yes, let me show you.

Here I have my helmet after a few days riding. Not very appealing:

Roll out some of that toiletpaper and moist in hot(not boiling hot) water, and lay it over your visor for 3-5min. Then just wipe it off with your hand.

Now, get some more dry paper and wipe off the excess water:

Toiletpaper - Multipurpose tool of the year

Some of you might argue that the toiletpaper will scratch the visor, but it won't scratch the visor more than normal wear and tear of just using your helmet on the road. I've used my visor for two years now, and I can still see well through it, even in the sun...
